Personal data submitted through the contact form (name, email, company and message) is processed on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding to that enquiry.

Only the details you provide in the contact form. No file uploads are accepted at this stage. No confidential documents are hosted on this site.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained only for as long as necessary to respond to and document the enquiry, and is then deleted in line with our retention schedule.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, and may contact us with any data-protection query through the contact form.
Cookies
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics only. Where non-essential cookies are used, a consent banner is shown in line with Portuguese e-privacy law.
Hosting
The site is hosted on EU-based infrastructure with SSL and daily backups.
Elythium is in the development phase. Plant scope, partners and timelines are indicative and subject to permitting, financing and final investment decision.
